It is that time of year again and we wait with baited breath on whether we will get sunshine or not. Last year was one of the sunniest but this year seems a bit grey so far. We shall see.

Dust off those trainers. Someone said to bring tracksuit bottoms for the morning run as their can be mosquitos or midgies biting at your ankles!

Prepare for more rolling about for tanto dori I suspect.

Both sets of footage are from the Budosai event that was held in County Durham back in the early 90s. A television programme of the same name was broadcasted on ITV covering the whole event. 

We should all practice this for the summer course. I want to see people staying behind after the lesson

Time: 12 till 3pm, kids train the first hour.
