It was pretty quiet yesterday at the course due to the dates clashing with the Brean Sands course.

Let's make a push for the next Instructors Course on Saturday the 10th of October.

Likewise for the JMAC course to be held in Birmingham the day after, on the 11th. This is always an interesting course with Shiomitsu Sensei (Wado Ryu) and Tomiyama Sensei (Shito Ryu) teaching. This is a totally open course for all karate students regardless of style or grades.

Quite fun to see some people getting stuck in and mixing it up with each other!
