Don't know about you but my back and calves are aching. Happy New Year. It is a cold and chilly start to 2010 but things are going to hot up with the Winter Course, with the Grandmaster attending. There is also a new venue for the summer course and fingers crossed for a scorching one as the New Forest is a beautiful setting.

Summer Course 2010
Sat. 24th to Wed. 28th, July 2010. Lymington, Dorset This year it is a 5 day course. Book your accomodation early. The New Forest and Bournemouth areas will have something for everyone.
