Devon Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Kai presents an introduction to: ZEN and SHIATSU with Sensei Gianfranco Tiberti
 
Personal student to the Zen Master Gensho Hozumi Roshi who is Professor of Buddhist Philosophy at Kyoto University and Abbot at the Tokofujii Monastery in Japan.

Graded 5th Dan in Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Ju-Jitsu Kempo by the much respected Sensei M.Shiomitsu 9th Dan Hanshi Shihan.

Expert practitioner of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Zen Shiatsu, Osteopathy and Chiropractic methods.

All Devon Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Kai Brown and Black belt members (15 Yrs+) are invited and encouraged to attend.

Invited non-members of any martial art, style, federation or association are also welcome to attend, but must be of Dan grade level.

Places are limited and open to the first 30 applications (each day) only.
A black Zafu (traditional meditation cushion) and a black Zabuton (traditional Zen mat) are recommended.

If you don’t have either a Zafu or Zabuton please do not worry, just bring an ordinary cushion and a blanket instead.

Please if possible wear a do-gi and something to wear if necessary over your gi top i.e. track suit top or sweat shirt.
